Dominica Resurrectionis

The Mass of the day is the same as its Roman counterpart. The only difference we find is in the Introit: the verse Resurrexi is repeated both before and after the Gloria Patri.

The author of Ecce Super Montes has called to my attention a curious detail: in the 1538 edition of the Bragan Missal the sequence Victimae paschali laudes is not found. In its place there are three Alleluia verses. The first is the same as the Roman (Haec dies); the second is taken from the the Epistle (Epulemur); the third is Surrexit Dominus et occurrens mulieribus.
